    I am proposing an upgrade for a customer from 3.1 to 3.2, replacing
    message router with PMDF in replacement mode.  I need two things, but
    am not sure where to look.
    
    The new features doc, for 3.2, and a template document for this type of
    migration,   any suggestions.

    Hi Kenneth,
    
    The ALL-IN-1 V3.2 SPD (27.30.10) will list the new features and
    requirements (its in VTX and I think Dave Holt posted a note here as
    well).  You can find a nice V3.2 User Changes article in the stars/comet
    database.  There are articles on upgrading from V3.1 to V3.2 found in
    that database as well.
