    I am working with a customer who is running multiple clusters. 
    General confi is 3 alphas, and 1 vax (the vax being left in place to
    run Message Router).  THey are currently running ALL-IN-1 3.1.  I am
    putting together a proposal/migration plan to upgrade them to 3.2,
    upgrade the alpas to 4100's and strip out message router replacing it
    with PMDF_MR in replacement mode.  If anyone has done this and has any
    input I would appreciate it.  If any one has a template for a migration
    plan of this type, even better.
