Hi,

	received the following error-message from the FCS. Unfortunately I
don't have any further infos. All we know is that this user uses
TeamLinks V2.7 as client and SMU very often. AND that this message
happens quite often (e.g. 20x-30x).

Error   - %OAFC-E-INTERR, Internal error in File Cabinet Server
Message - UtltoUpper; negative string length specified

Can you explain why or what can cause this ? Anything setup not correctly?
