    ALL-IN-1 V3.2, no ICFs

    A small number of users (3 out of 3500 ALL-IN-1 users on this cluster)
    have reported a problem with a small number of specific documents; when 
    they try to refile these documents they get the error...
    
    %OAFC-I-NODELETE, Delete only permitted on empty File Cabinet Objects       
    %OAFC-I-PRTMOVE, Partial move - a card was copied, but not deleted  
    
    The users are all attempting to refile these documents into other drawers
    that they own.  Not all documents fail, but a "problem document" will
    always fail.  Nothing looks obviously wrong with these documents (apart
    from the fact that they are UNSENT messages) and I am told that they
    function okay in all other respects.  There are no errors in the FCS 
    log-files (allegedly) and the user's MAIN DOCDB and DAF check out okay
    RMS-wise.

    How long has this been happening to these documents ?  The server
    seems to be able to read them ok (as a copy has been made), but it
    can't do the delete. I wonder if there's any rogue threads locking the
    object. The test for that would be to try the operation again once the
    server has been stopped and restarted - but other than that nothing
    obvious springs to mind...
