    Two weeks ago I upgraded my VAXstation from OpenVMS VAX V6.0 to V6.2
    (I'll eventually get to V7.1).  I then installed my layered products,
    INSPECT amongts them.  To be a little more specific I installed
    INSPECT030 from the CD labelled VAXBINSEP965 which I found out later
    is a "customer" version.  Needless to say, I have not been compliant
    since.
    
    I've since learned that I am supposed to install INSPECT023A.  I can
    get a copy of the savesets and text files.  What I now need to know
    is how to remove my previous installation or if I even need to?
    
    I'll be glad to get this over with, even with the documentation I could
    not make heads or tails of the menu items when you ran the customer's
    INSPECT.

	Just blow away the entire [INSPECT...] directory before installing 023A, worked for me ;-) John Kruiniger.

	You should be able to install right over it. PSCM will use the defaults that are already in place. Don't forget - don't use the CD kit. Use the internal kit available from the servers. Randy
