    Will the next version of C++ include the /THREADS_ENABLE qualifier for
    CXXLINK?  This qualifier was added to the OpenVMS Alpha Linker in V7.1. 
    I understand that CXXLINK qualifiers for C++ V5.5 are consistent with
    those for the Linker for OpenVMS VAX V5.5-2 through V7.0 (VAX) and V6.1
    through V7.0 (Alpha).
