| | It's been my experience that when I have times like this, there is
something in my life that I need to look at. Meditation usually helps
and as soon as I become aware of the situation my energy level returns.
    Hope this helps.

| | There is a possibility that it could have some physical cause, for
example hypotension, abnormally low blood pressure, gives symptoms the
same as those you mention. Check your BP and if it is low a couple of
glasses of port wine of an evening can often pleasantly correct it.

| | I have also found that my allergies will make me feel lethargic (I have
allergies to most pollens), and although I may not notice the physical
effects (congestion changes, or what not), I feel run down, like I'm
always just about to come down with something.

Pollen counts have been up recently. Did you feel better on Sunday
after the rainfall (if you are in the New England area)?

My BP tends towards the high side and I take medication for it. I
had it checked and it's normal.

And no, I did not notice any difference after the rain on Saturday
night. Perhaps I'm alergic to something else though but it's just
never bothered me before. I imagine in a few days, I'll be back
to my old self but it's just a pain feeling like this. I feel like
I'm full of lead and just sort of plodding along. Anyway, thanks for
    listening and responding.

    Susan,

Yes, I have too. I feel it's beyond the rainstorm. A friend who is
attending the Barbara Brennan school of healing did a chelation on me
over the weekend, and found a block at the back 3rd chakra which he
said was directly related to care of self and lack of energy. Even
driving home last night, I just wanted to crawl under a down comforter
    in front of a fireplace.

    Except that I don't have a fireplace. (;^)

| | Susan--it was a new moon on saturday, may 2. that could very well be
the cause of your low energy. joan

| | Since you have hypertension do you take any medication to control it.
Sometimes the medication causes an overshoot and gives you short
periods of hypotension when you feel totally washed out.
There is a long list of other possible physical disorders of which this
could be a symptom. Have you told your doctor about it?
    Jamie.

| | I have been experiencing the same thing. I think its allergies because
I have been extremely tired and by the time I go to bed I am completely
exhausted and hit the pillow and out go the lights.

Does anyone know what the pollen count is my egzema tells me its high?

Personally I blame it on the new moon. Usually it doesn't bother
me this much but I have experienced a low energy period around times
of new moons before this. I'm starting to feel a little better but
it has been a real chore to get up in the morning. Normally I'm a
high energy morning person. It's the best part of my day. I guess
it will gradually go away as it seems to be doing.
