	RE: .0
	Hi there,
I have read Chris Griscom's "Ecstasy is a New Frequency", which I
recommend highly. I had had the book for some time and had
not read it (this is not unusual for me ;-)), and one day
was feeling very low and disillusioned and asked ATI to please
help. This book popped into my mind, and I read it. It was
exactly what I needed at that time, and I also sent away to the
Light Institute for information. They no longer use acupuncture
in their treatments, and Chris no longer actually does the work.
It is a 4-day process and costs $1,000.00. When I was in New
Mexico last Spring, I made an appointment for one of their
'cranials', which is an 1 1/2 hour cranial massage/manipulation
that works on freeing the flow of energy through the spinal
column. I went to the session and it felt absolutely wonderful.
Didn't have any major breakthroughs or insights, but my body
felt terrific and my energy level was higher than it had been
in years. This could also have been due to just being on vacation
and the wonderful air and sunshine of the Southwest.
Chris was living at the Light Institute when I was there, but she
was getting ready to move - I don't know where. I also went to
an evening meditation with Chris which was enjoyable. She's an
	interesting woman.
If I had the opportunity and the money, I'd go there for the
	4-day session.

| | Hi,
I have the Ecstasy is a New Frequency book (I haven't finished it yet) and
also her latest Healing the Emotions. Although I haven't had a chance to read
the latter, some close friends have. They say it has helped them tremendously
and they highly recommend it.
Carole, the cranial massage/manipulation sounds very much like a technique we
use in Polarity. It also releases the cranial fluids. It is part of the
opening moves of a Polarity session which also releases the endocrine (such
as the thyroid or adrenal) fluids. You can compare the techniques, when I
'practice' on you sometime ;')
Happy New Year, BTW

Thanks, Carole. $1000 for 4 days, that does not sound too bad. The
only problem for me is, I have to go all the way from Denmark to
New Mexico! So I would urge you to test it and post the result here!
     :^) :^)
     Ro,

Could you explain, what is Polarity? Thyroid and adrenal fluids? Sounds
     exciting!
