    Can one or more of our resident astrologers give
    some information on the alignment of Jupiter this 
    weekend.  I was also told about an Invocation
    on the 20th regarding this planet.  Would like
    more information as I was told that this is a 
    good time to do some wishing.

	This weekend Venus will conjunct Jupiter in Cancer, and may indeed be a good time for wishing, if care is taken as to timing and phrasing. The Moon is not only waning, but it will square Jupiter around 9:45 PM EDT Saturday night and be void of course from then until it enters Taurus around 1:00 AM. Venus will conjunct Jupiter around 8:00 PM EDT Sunday night. Ideally, the meditation/rite/ceremony should be done beween 1:00 AM and 8:00 PM Sunday. The benefits of the conjunction should be in effect for several hours before the actual event and taper off thereafter. Another consideration is the actual phrasing of the wish. The Moon is in its waning phase, and the wish should be worded negatively. (Ask for destruction of poverty, disease, loneliness rather than to acquire money, health, love, etc).
