I'm offering a free meditation workshop in Concord, Massachusetts
on June 6th and 7th (Wednesday and Thursday) from 7:30 to 10:00
p.m., at the Emerson Umbrella for the Arts on Stow Street. Topics
covered will include:
- Meditating on the heart center
- Concentration and visualization techniques
- The importance of inner peace
- The "inner life"
- Finding a spiritual path
I've taught meditation at Harvard University since 1984, and am
a student of Sri Chinmoy.
