P.D. OUSPENSKY WROTE AN INTERESTING BOOK ON THE FOURTH DIMENSION
AND HUMAN AWARENESS ENTITLED "TERTIUM ORGANUM". IN IT HE SUGGESTS
THAT TIME IS THE FOUTH DIMENSION SENSED IMPERFECTLY; THAT WE CAN
EXPECT AND ANTICIPATE THE FUTURE, AND REMEMBER THE PAST, BUT CAN
ONLY EXPERIENCE THE PRESENT, WHICH, AS HE EXPLAINS IT, DOES NOT
REALLY EXIST.(AS SOON AS WE REALIZE IT IT IS IN THE PAST) THIS
'PRESENT' IS THE SLICE OF TIME THAT WE SEE. TIME DOES NOT 'HAPPEN',
BUT IT EXISTS. WE EXPERIENCE ONLY AN IMAGINARY SLIVER AT A TIME
AND WE CALL IT THE PRESENT.
OUSPENSKY MAKES A MUCH MORE CONVINCING CASE IN THE BOOK THAN I CAN
IN NOTES.
THE IDEA OF DIMENSIONS BEING A SHADOW OF HIGHER DIMENSIONS IS VERY
COMPELLING.....WRITE MORE ABOUT THAT!

Nope, never read Tertium Organum. Though it did entry Ouspensky
into Gurdieff's tika (study house). Pretty interesting stuff.
By the Way (BTW) writing in all upper case is considered "poor
form" and shouting in most notesfiles. So just to state that
since it took some nice person to clue me in on that one.
best regards

I am sure you have read Ouspensky's - "In Search of the Miraculous".
I have yet to get through all of it. I read half of it eight years
ago and have recently restarted reading it. At first I thought
it was just going to be a lot of frooty material, but I soon found
"G's" lectures kind of neat. The whole esoteric thing about the
seven notes of the scale, the Ray of Creation etc...
It's different, and out of the ordinary. A good book.
