    I just received a free copy of a new magazine called "Connecting Link"
    that might be of interest:
    
    They state:

    Swami Beyondananda?!

    " - Living in the Immaterial World - Swami Beyondananda lightens us up 
       with his view on channeling."
    
    Perhaps I should have highlighted "lightens us up"???  That article was
    definitely done tongue in cheek, or in the Swami's case foot in cheek.
    
    Example:
    
    Interviewer: There seems to be a tremendous interest in channeling
    nowadays. Books written by disembodied entities from the next
    dimension seem to be the rage. Why channeling, Swami?
    
    Swami: Well, I tell you, in my astral travels I have journeyed to the
    next world, and I must be honest, They have some very difficult
    problems, Like unemployment, for example. Souls are lined up 12 deep
    for reincarnation. Meanwhile, back on earth we're practicing safe sex.
    Sure, there are openings amoung some of the lower-vibrational
    creatures, but truthfully, after you've gone around a couple of times
    as a squirrel, it loses its charm.
    
    Interviewer: But Swami, most of these intities seem to be perfectly
    fine without bodies.
    
    Swami: Of course, that's what THEY say. Believe me, I know some of
    these guys. They've got a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear

    Thanks for the chuckle!  Connecting Link also sounds like an
    interesting publication.  I might check it out.  Appreciate the info.
