Well, yesterday I had to send a package to Boylston, and a few minutes
after I had called the courier, I "knew" that the courier had written
the address down incorrectly.
So I called and asked, Would you repeat the address back to me on the
package I just called in.
Sho nuff, they had the address all wrong.
Now, I am pretty sure I gave it to them right because I read it off the
paper to them word for word (so it wasn't that I realized that I had
said it wrong.)
Two other things that happen to me a lot are that I "know" when
someone's gonna call me or write to me (I start thinking about them a
lot, and the call will come or the letter will arrive), and I "hear"
words people near me are about to say (maybe as they're forming the
words, there's something that happens, electrical?)

Perhaps your lines of communication are a little more open than
the "norm", or you are just more tuned in, or are just a bit more
sensitive?
