Did anyone see the CBA slam dunk contest a few weeks ago? I saw the
highlights last week, during the halftime of some game. The winning
dunk would have definitely won the NBA contest as well. The winner
played at Navy and was on the Pensacola team. This is his last year as
he will be transfered this summer. His name was John ... - About 6'6"

The dunk was unbelievable as far as creativity was concerned, and
execution, when you think about it.

He dribbled down the lane, did a cartwheel ON THE BALL, and then
one handed tomahawk'ed it. All in one motion. Unbelievable!!!
His competitor just dunked over someone sitting in a chair.

The three point contest pitted Leon Wood and Jose ... and it was won
    by Jose.

| Damn ! Will this be on ESPN ?!

A shame that it would probably be illegal in a game ....

I say it again, dunking sould become an Olympic event by 1996....

I tried slam-dunking a Mr. Donut honeydip this morning, and believe
    me, the results weren't funny.

| Leon Wood was supposedly an NBA prospect, but the NBA snuffed him
because his real name is Leon Woo.... as in no 'd'.
