| Years ago I seem to remember having read about the existence of a book
of Carla's compositions, maybe titled "The Music of Carla Bley".

I can't find any reference to such a thing on the web; does anybody
know if something like this is still in print, and if so who the
publisher is (or better yet, where it can be purchased)?

    Paul
