3364.0. "Math graphic symbols (is it a font?)" by VMSNET::M_MACIOLEK (Four54 Camaro/Only way to fly) Fri Mar 07 1997 15:35
    I need to do a drawing that has a square root of something on
    it, and I can't seem to figure out what I need, is it a true type
    font of some sort, or is it available in MS office somewhere?

     I need something like this

         /--------
       \/   100
            ---
             2

You know, except something that looks presentable.

    Regards,
    MadMike

| 3364.1 | Load the equation editor | SMURF::PBECK | Paul Beck | Fri Mar 07 1997 18:50 | 3 |
| | One of the options you can install with Word is the Equation Editor.
    I think it's not loaded if you take the defaults, but you should be
    able to run setup again and include it.

| | ... and when it's loaded, you Insert Object and select Microsoft
    Equation (or something like that). Check "equations" in the help.
