FEDDERS 24,000 BTU Room Air Conditioner, brand new in the box, 230V.
Never been used. Box says it will cool a 30' x 45' room, 1200-1400
sq-ft. I under-estimated what my house needed.
Would like to clear out this of my basement. Asking $575. Located in
Hampstead NH, 15 minutes from Salem, 20 minutes from Haverhill MA.
