      Sofa and Loveseat. Structurally sound but in
      bad need of re-upholstering and new foam inside
      of cushions.
    
      Contemporary style with oak feet and base, loose
      seat back cushions. Simple, classic look
    
      Hasn't been used in years (been sitting in basement)
    
      Brand is Stratford (I think), purchased fron Jordan 
      Marsh many moons ago. Good base for a project
