    THe KZPSC software QB-2XHAH-SB kit does not contain the WNT 4.0
    drivers.   How does a customer order them?

    That's distressing to hear.  I just had Mfg. reship  QB-2XHAH-SB since
    the version my customer got was V1.3A ( for Alpha/NT), and the option
    to install on V4.0 was not offered (only V3.51 and maybe V3.1).  I
    think the attempt to install V3.51 option fails (on AlphaServer 1000A
    running NT4.0).
    
    I found out what I just had rushed out is the same version the customer
    has.  CSC call logged indicated it;s a software shipping problem, and
    that the cannot provide any s/w download information for the customer.
    
    And everything indicates (except how we ship and support it - so far)
    that the KZPSC is supported on Windows NT V4.0
    
    Maybe it's just the installation (lack thereof) instructions?
    
    I'll repeat .0 request:
    How does a customer order and / or install the KZPSC s/w on WNT 4.0?

    I found something at osfsrv.shr.dec.com/abc_se/enhanced/index.html
    
    that states it's an alpha Windows NT driver 1.41 released.  
    
    Deckzpsx.sys driver.   IS this what you are looking for?

If you are looking for the KZPSC driver, it is on the NT V4.0 CD-ROM.

    The release notes and install guide for the RAID 200 S/W do not
    indicate any information regarding V4.0, including the driver location.
    
    Use of the RAID controller, and how to load the RAID 200 Utility S/W,
    was also asked back on note 6211.0 in November 96, over 6 months ago.
    
    The use of the CSC, so far, has resulted in difficulty in wanting to
    log the call ("it's a software ship issue") - I got it logged anyway.
    - then the CSC tech rep indicated the same.  However, since then, it
    turns out V1.3A is current, and we have been shipping it.  So the CSC
    tech rep has lead us (field and customer and mfg and CSC and COM) to
    waste some time.   Next step is to escalate, and have an MCS engineer
    come onsite to help figure out how to get the RAID Utilities loaded on
    WNT 4.0  (unless someone in the CSC can help).
