RE: SCSI PASSIVE HUB (For Lack of a better word)

I have ie 6 HSJ52 each with one port reserved for tape units

I want to feed these 6 ports to DWZZA's and then to DWZZ*'s which then
go to a TL896/TZ887's(DWZZA's in the last case.

    My big question

As I do not want six DWZZA-AA's on each end:
Is there a product that would be similar to a BA356 in split mode that
I can put 6(or part thereof) DWZZA-VA/DWZZB-VW's into a backplane that
    has 3 BA35X-MG/MH ???

    Ok maybe 4?

how do I submit a request like this to Computer Special Systems (CSS)?

Is there perhaps a connector that will connect to the rear of a
DWZZA/B-VA/VW? that has a power lead and a 50pin HD honda connector on
the other for connection to a BN21H?

    Regards Ivan

| You shouldn't need the DWZZA at the TL896 end. TL896 has a FWD SCSI interface. Wes | |||||

| Hi,

    I got 8 AS8400 with XMI's (VMSv6.2 due to application) and 4 CIXCD's in
each system (Max Two CIPCA's on system)

We do not have any PCI buses.

Currently we have 5 (will be 10 when 3rd shadow member comes online)
    HSJ52's with 6 TZ88n-VA/TZ887's

    Just a little clarity

    Cheers
    Ivan
