    On the mylex controller,
DACCF can assign so-called superdrive groups, if two
    groups are sequentially arranged.

Can this / will this be done within RCU (on Alpha's) as
well? Are the superdrive groups a feature of the conf
utility (daccf/rcu) or of the firmware?

    Peter.

    Peter,

If my memory serves me ok, the RCU-utilities (SWXCRMGR, SRLMGR) do NOT
allow DRIVE SPANNING as is possible with DACCF.

I think the functionality of this kind of stuff is ALL in the firmware
of the controller, BUT it's the Configuration-utility that "customizes"
    some of the features.
