    I am having a problem with a TZ86 tape drive and am not sure if this
    question was already asked.
    
    I came in to work this morning to find that all of the LEDs on our TZ86
    are on.  If I press the button to unload the tape nothing happens.  If
    I cycle the power the TZ86 just comes back on with all the LEDs lit.
    
    Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?
