A customer who is testing and "experimenting" with their 310 
system ( Intel) has deleted their config, including the 
licence's. They have the licence keys as supplied on purchase. On 
 applying these keys, we only get the message "invalid key". How 
can I verify / get new keys?

	If you have RAID Array 310 License Information, EK-SM1CX-CC.A01, there was an error in the Mirroring and RAID 5 license keys. They were switched, so if you use the Mirroring license key for RAID 5 and visa-versa, you should be successful in installing these licenses. This problem has been corrected on version B01 of this document. Hope this helps. Ray

	I had already tried swapping the licence keys around to no avail. The WBCA licence installed OK for some some reason yesterday, it would not install using the same key on Friday or Monday morning. Is there a trick to this? (ie after each enable/ key sequence you have to exit FLS and restart to do the next one). I have to return this system to the customer tomorrow as they are pretty upset that this did not work out of the box as promised by the sales group. ( they have also had two 4 Gb drives die within a day of installation as well.) I just tried the swap of keys as per .1, no go. Can you EM me the correct keys for confirmation.
