	6+ months later and I have received the same question, regarding the KZPSC-AA (RAID 230). Is their a public web or ftp site for the Windows NT 4.0 version of the SWXCR Utilities? I have spent a lot of effort on the various storage web sites, etc finding firmware, product info, a pointer to now old, non-existent sites, and sending the customer to the CSC for the fix. However, I would still like to know if we have a location for the Utilities download (and why isn't it with the firmware and drivers)
