I have a pair of TLZ07 drives that report "4BE0" as their
revision, and so I assume that what I need is the
AO-Q9XM0-0B.C01 tape.
How do I go about ordering this from IEG -- what is its IEG
part number?

| If you can still get it, the firmware update kit is QZ-00LAA-UP which
includes the tape, orderable thru SSB or DECdirect (1-800-DIGITAL).
Make sure you specify version 4BQE because I believe the same order
number is used whenever a new code comes out and you will receive the
latest if you dont specify. 4BQE was released around Sept. 95 and may
no longer be available.
