It was bound to happen...
In order to give our customer a work around we installed a SCSI
controlller added on a BA350 and installed a TZ87-VA. It worked and the
customer was happy as he could perform his backups.
Then I sat back to await my cable......
I am still waiting the P1 desk have still been unable to get one in.
Yesterday the TZ87-VA failed and there was none in Europe !
So now we have a very upset customer without any backup device.
