Hi,
Will an A8400 with XMI/KZMSA-DWZZA combination work in a shared
SCSI cluster enviroment VMS 6.2-1H3. Other node on the shared SCSI is
an A8400 with PCI/KZPSA. They share a RAID 0+1 disk off the HSZ40.
Any short comings of such a config?
Justin

The KZMSA is very definitely not supported for SCSI Clustering. (I seem to remember that the KZMSA doesn't even do Tagged Command Queueing, so there's no chance of it working.)

Any chance of using QLISP1020 off the KFTIA on the A8400?

> Any chance of using QLISP1020 off the KFTIA on the A8400? None of the qLogic adapters are supported on multi-host SCSI buses. There are planns to introduce this capability on some future qLogic adapters, but not the KFTIA.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like we will be coughing up a DWLPB-AA.
