|  |     The way that works for me is to remove the file that contains the class
    from the project, then delete that file CPP and H file from the
    project's directory. Then use ClassWizard to look at the class - it
    complains the files don't exist. Then I use the Remove button to remove
    the class from ClassWizard.
    
    Works for me!

    Hmm, not for me! This worked pre-4.2. I must be annoying it. I like
    the rebuild idea, I'll give it a whirl.

    ClassWizard doesn't list the class any more at this point for me.
