Hi,

DEC/EDI UNIX V3.1A with Oracle 7.2.3

Customer reports the following problem.

Gateway X with connection id's A and B. If he deletes the gateway in CC there
is a warning telling that all associated connections will be also deleted, 
that is the correct behaviour.

However is the Gateway X is added again and one tries to add connection A or B
one receives the error, connection already exists.

So it looks like the delete action doesn't delete the records in all tables.

Correct ?

    Yes this is a bug, not all the details about the connections are
    removed when the gateway is deleted. Deleting all connections before
    the gateway works.
    
    A new connection of the same name can't be entered. Entering one with a
    different name is ok.

Thanks for your reply. Do you need an IPMT case ? When will this bug be fixed ?
in V3.1B or V3.2?

    Raise it as an IPMT. I would expect this to be fixed in V3.2
