        Basically if you want to instal DEC/EDI V3.1A on a WIN3.11 GUI 
        and you have WIN32S already installed it fails !!! with the 
        message:
        
        "The commandCenter kit for Windows 3.1 is NOT
        supported on Windows 95 or Windows NT"
        
        Even after erasing the full WIN32S directory it failed . We 
        checked with Pete than this was the correct WIN32S version that 
        was previously working with DEC/EDI 3.1
        
        Any idea ?

	There is a new 16bit V3.1A CommandCenter kit down-loadable from our Web Page that fixes this problem...
