    hi, I have a 21 inch monitor (VRC21-HA) hooked up to a 
    Celebris XL590 with a PCI Stealth video adapter. The display
    has distortion and is not as clear as it was on another PC.
    
    I have looked for a driver that is supported on Win95, but cannot
    find one.. anyone have any ideas??
