Is there a Windows 95 driver for the S3 924 chip?

A customer has a DECpc 433 MT that looses itself when a you open
a DOS session in a window. The screen get garbaged all up.

They also have one other app called REACHOUT
    that gives the same results.

I searched the PCBU web site for DECpc MT and found only 1 thing. THen
    I searched for S3 924 and found only a Windows 3.1 driver. I also
searched S3's web site and found no Windows 95 driver for it.

Is this customer out of luck?
