I do realise that this note is a tad elderly, but I have just had a
customer, in a panic, on the 'phone with what appears to be this
very problem.
Can anyone throw any light on who now owns such problems - is it Sybase ?
Where and how can copies of NETACP & NETDRIVER be obtained since these
do appear to get users working again, even they're not a formal
solution ?
Out of interest - does anyone know if these symptoms are seen if
DECnet/OSI is used instead of DECnet VMS - ie is it purely a Phase IV
glitch ?
