I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how much a Browning semi-auto
shot gun goes for?? It says made in Belguim (sp?) It also has a
mechanism on it that keeps the shells in the tube so you can change
loads without emptying the whole gun. The gun is in mint condition.
It was inherated..... I was told it was made around the 1950's.
Thanks in advance.

Mike,
Sounds like an A5 model. Remington produced a look-a-like in
a model 11. The gun was offered in a Light (2 3/4") or Magnum (3"). If
the gun is in the condition you state is wirth $300 and up. It is also
highly recommended that you DO NOT shot Steel Shot out of the early
Brownings. The barrels are made of a softer metal and the steel wears
the barrel thinner over extended use.
