    	Its documented in the manual. Is your customer entering on the RP
    field of a LPR/LPD queue "xjprint" (for a 32MB printer) or "xjdirect"
    (for the 16MB)?

| 7159.3 | Here is how I set up my queue on NT 4.0 | 18669::HARVEY | Printserver Support- America's Zone | Tue Apr 15 1997 11:35 | 23 |
|  |     John,

    	For the 16MB printer your customer needs to use the "xjdirect". Has
    this custoemr obtained the latest LSR2000 drivers from the
    software/drivers page on www.printers.digital.com?

    On my NT 4.0 server I have a LSR2000/32MB queue setup. Using the properties
    function my port is set to:

    16.86.0.135:XJPRINT

    When the customer does the add port function, select a LPR port, then
    on the popup for the new LPR port in the field:

    Name or Address of Server Providing LPD:
    		use the LSR2000's ip address

    Name of Printer or Print Queue on that server:
    		use xjdirect (lowercase, NT will show it as upper case)

| | Be sure that an LPR port is being used and not a Digital Network Port.
