    I do have problem with DEClaser 3500 ( aka LN14 ) with Windows95 and
paper trays. I can reproduce the problem here. To do so just leave 3 or
4 sheets in one tray. Ask for printings a least 2, a document of up to
5 sheets/pages from whatever you want (Winword, Excel,...).

The printer after the last page printed ask for paper ( paper empty
message ). Then you fill the tray up, the job restart and the next stay
in connecting but nothing is printed...

Only a power off/power on restart the next job.

    Can someone confirm ?

Driver Adobe V4.1. Dec print monitor V5.1-11 . TCP/IP protocol used for
    accessing the printer

| Nobody has got this feature ? It seems that whenever the printer is not reachable for any reason ( Bad IP address changed to the good one, printers is off-line,...) the Win95 queue goes into stalled state for an infinite time. Is there any ideas ? /JP | |||||

| Printer engineering is aware of this problem and is working to resolve it. There are already two IPMT cases with this problem. Paul | |||||
