Trying to add a printers to Windows95 pc and keep getting message
that printer is offline. This is only happening to one queue.
LAT based Queue is set up on a VMS server. As indicated above I
can add other lat queues just fine.
Now the weird part is that if I go into DOS and type:
net use lpt3: \\mrdqs1\bev
It connects ok, then I can go into the Windows95 print wizard
and add the queue without any problems.
A contractor that supports another site indicated that this
is the procedure he has to follow to add queues at a field
site that he supports.
Any idea whats going on??

Queue name matcjes share name and there is no other account or
service named BEV.
It is listed as a pathworks printer service.
