4119.0. "Question: Setting Clock on Pioneer DEH-680???" by CAM::WAY (and keep me steadfast) Thu Feb 20 1997 09:29
Hi.
I've searched the conference and have not found a generic question topic, so if
I'm opening a new topic in error, apologies up front.
I purchased a used car and had the unexpected pleasure of finding a Pioneer
stereo in there, instead of the stock standard AM-FM I expected. I have
figured out how to use most of the controls, with one exception, so if any of
you out there know, I'd surely aprreciate an answer.
I have a Pioneer AM/FM/CD-player, model DEH-680.
Do any of you know how to set the clock?
It sounds like a pretty stupid question, and I'm usually pretty good at figure
out how to set clocks, but folks, this one has me stumped.
thanks in advance for any help,
Frank Way

Push in the power button and hold it until the display changes to
a clock instead of the radio station.
Then, ummm, hit another button to change the time. 8^)
Just recently I realized that my DEHxxx even had a clock [and I've
had the thing for over a year and a half!!], but I've already for-
gotten which buttons set the time. Maybe 1-2 station preset button
for hour/minute?
