	After migrating a VAX/FMS application to ALPHA, there is a CPU loop
into the FDV$DISPW call when trying to display the third form of the application.
	The FMS forms are memory resident (FMS/OBJ ) and are linked in the 
main executable 
	ECO2  and the new FMSFAA image are installed.
	Is it a known problem or other patches available ?
