HI,
A customer of mine, who has an AlphaServer 400 4/233 and two PBXGA-AA
(ZLXp-e1) wants to instal both graphic controllers. I wanna know if he
could do this with Motif version 1.2.4. The O.S. is OpenVms v7.1 in a
cluster environment.

Two TGA boards *should* work in an Avanti, but I do not think we have ever
tested this particular configuration here.

There are some restrictions in the way multihead works in the New Desktop (CDE) - check the _Getting Started With the New Desktop_ manual for details. The older DECwindows desktop is also supported in V1.2-4 on both VAX and Alpha. -- Bob | |||||
