    Hi,
    
    The diagnostic 7 command for JBC$COMMAND does not seem to work for
    anything except the default journal file.  If you are running
    multiple queue managers in a cluster, how do you force the que manager
    to recreate the other journal files?

	Haven't been in this conference for a while, try this:

	$ define SYS$QUEUE_MANAGER 'the other QMAN name'
	
	Then run JBC$COMMAND
