    Is V 1.2 SMFS V7.1 compliant?  Customer is currently running
    MDMD V2.8A - which is V7.1 compliant.

Some of these data structures have changed, which would require recompilation. And to answer your next question, I don't know if or when a V7 compatible version will be available.
