    Hi!
    
    The Release Notes of VMS V7.1 Point 2.2 DEC BASIC state that you
    have to edit the STARLET.TLB by hand (removing system definitions
    referring to 64 bit). Is there a location on the net where we can get
    a cleaned STARLET.TLB or a list of all definitions that have to be
    removed ?
