Where can I find out about differences in the math rtl in VMS V7.1?
When I run SPICE (compiled and linked with VMS V6.1) on V7.1, I get
different results than on V6.2. The V7.1 release notes do not mention
the math rtl.

I would really appreciate an answer to 648.2 or a pointer to the right
place to ask. I support SPICE and will be answerable to the SPICE
users community when they notice differences.
