There is a problem in the subset control program for the PSESHPF107
subset. PSESHPF107.scp does not call STL_ScpInit which initializes
global variables such as the subset name. PSESHPF107.scp attempts
to set up the subset name itself and uses the tr command.
Unfortunately the execution of the tr command is effected by the
language related environment variables.
