A customer with DEC Pascal V5.4 got the INTOVF problem with
ADD_INTERLOCKED. We decided to give them V5.5 for fixing (we have
another customer tried) but the customer want to stay in V5.4. Is there
any patch for V5.4 Pascal fixing this problem? They are with OpenVMS
V6.2.
Thanks and regards,
Mickwid.

You didn't say which platform you are on, but in general we don't
PATCH compilers for single fixes. As we fix problems, we put them
into our code stream. When a problem is reported, we provide
the current compiler to the customer.
Note for Alpha platforms, there is no PATCH utility at all.
What are the customer's reasons for staying with V5.4?
