    The SPD and Sales Update articles for CMS Client 1.1 for Windows are
    incomplete.  They state that CMS SERVER 1.1 is required but give no
    information on how or where to get that.
    
    Is CMS Server 1.1 media bundled in OpenVMS, ConDist, the client kit or
    what?  Does CMS Server 1.1 need a license?  Does in have maintenance
    part numbers?
    
    My customer was excited to stumble on this on the Web, but could not
    figure out what she needs to buy, and looking this over, I can't figure
    out all of what we need to sell!
    
    (They are heavy users of DECset both VAX and ALPHA)

Hi Frank,

The Server comes with the Client (an older version is also shipped with CMS
but that 1 should ignored).  So they don't need to order anything other
than the Client.

The Server is not licensed - you must have CMS installed though.

    No, we don't keep the old documentation on line.

    Why you need CMS documentation 3.6-10 instead of the latest one ?  DEC/CMS
    3.6-10 is a maintenance release. No documentation changes have been made 
    other than those described in the release notes.

    For the latest DECset documentation, search 
		UHUH::DECSET$:[PUBLIC.V12.DOCS]
