    Can anyone tell me what is the minimum version on DECnis to accept CMIP
    connection via the TCP/IP port 436 ?

| >...minimum version on DECnis to accept CMIP connection via the TCP/IP port 436 ? You need 3.1 SSB or later. You also need to be ROUTING IP and have enabled TCP. You need to be using a PC, DIGITAL UNIX or the DECNIS specific VMS NCL to connect to this port from NCL. The VMS supplied NCL would attempt to use RFC1006+ which DECNIS doesn't support. John | |||||
