    Hi Any DECNIS 4.0 experienced installers seen this problem before?
    
    Note: I have been trying to get the 'advanced' install down but
    it keeps on failing for the very same reasons! I have tried 4.0a
    and it fails too! I'm running out of options!  This machine has
    been in the fix DECNET state for a week. 
    
    I appreciate any help or ideas
    
    
    configuring "DECnet/OSI Gateways " (DNAGATEWAYS400)
    # /usr/sbin/decnetsetup basic
