| If you are loading from a DECnet/OSI node then the configurator will have the
the MOP client MAC address set to ALL address from base+2 to Base+f. If you are
then using the NCP emulator to look at these settings PHASEIV MOP clients only
had a single MAC address so I guess the NCP emulator is returning the first from
the set.
You don't tell the configurator over which wire on the DECNIS you will be
loading, it assumes it could be any of them.
You can't be running the configurator on a PhaseIV node.
